Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If there is a cancellation less than 24 hours before or a no-show at the appointment time, we charge the full fee for each service (i.e. Float, Massage, etc.). This will be charged to the credit card on file or you will be flagged before being able to return for a service in the future before the fee is paid. If you were intending to use a gift card, you do have the option to have the cancellation fee deducted from the gift card for the correct services.
